❤️ How long until I get the item?
Please allow 1-5 business days for processing, then up to 5 business days for shipping.
In special cases, there will be manufactured items that come with a delay due to being ordered but not received by me yet. Homemade items such as stickers and pins are made-to-order, but others like keychains are outsourced and therefore will take time to arrive.

From Maryland in the United States.
💛 Do you take refunds/returns?
If you would like to cancel an order, you can. However, once the order has been shipped, it cannot be refunded/returned (unless the incorrect item was sent) due to what happens in transit being out of my control.
Please make sure that the address you use is correct, as your item will not be resent if it is delivered to the wrong place.
💚 What tools do you use for homemade items?
My art is drawn with a Wacom Cintiq tablet!
I primarily use a Canon printer and a button machine. Everything is cut carefully (and lovingly) by hand, as well as tested to make sure the output is of the best quality.
Keychains and prints are ordered from manufacturers like Vograce.
💙 Can I order a custom sticker/button?
I do provide customization for certain items, but making a completely custom design? Maybe in the future!
💜 Will you be selling at cons?
In the future! For now, I am still in the process of setting everything up.
You'll probably see me at a few cons wandering the artist alleys, though. :)
